Project 1: Arrival

The wedding experience begins as soon as the invitations are sent out, and continues as the guests first arrive to the wedding venue, or even beforehand when they first come to town. The couple should be sure to reserve a hotel block for their guests, and may want to consider offering a shuttle from the hotel to the venue for their guests.

In order to give their guests a warm welcome, the bride and groom have asked for a few close friends and family members to help greet guests and direct them towards the ceremony.

Using a decorative window frame for the gift table can amplify the vibe of the wedding as guests come in. To personalize the decoration, photos of the bride and groom can be hung from the window frame.

Keeping the wooden accents throughout, another hand-painted sign helps set the welcoming tone for the ceremony, alerting guests that they may sit anywhere they would like.

Using a large canvas engagement photo of the bride and groom, as well as pictures of the couple’s parents’ weddings, helps further customize the experience of the guests.
